Seville is Andalucía

When you travel to Seville, you get surrounded by the entire essence of Andalucía, by its archetypes. Santa Semana

If you visit Seville during the Santa Semana, you can be a spectator in the theatre of life, joy and happiness. Throughout the entire week scenes representing the story of Easter are carried along the streets of the city in great joy. All the way down to the cathedral the paintings are accompanied by amazing processions which attract big crowds to watch them.

Feria de Abril

Feria de Abril is also known as the April Fair. The fair always takes place in the second part of April, sometimes continuing in 1st week of May; it is renowned for being among the most colorful fiestas in the entire country, a festival that nourishes the eyes and the souls of every participant. The festival always takes place in the same location, the Feria’s El Real, which can be found somewhere west of Guadalquivir. Six pleasant nights of good food and traditional flamenco music and dancing are opened by illuminating the ground where the fiesta is held. The lighting up is the ceremony which takes place on Monday night, marking the start of fun.

The flamenco Bienal

September is the month that hosts the amazing festival that celebrates the traditional music and dance of Spain. The Flamenco Bienal is the perfect opportunity to get into contact with the essence of this country, its passion and its talents.

Corpus Christi

This festival is a religious one, but also a spectacle of colors and of life typical for the Spaniards; all the streets and the houses are decorated with beautiful flowers, while a group of boys performs a traditional type of dance dressed in red and gold. Visit Seville while one of these festivals takes places and you will feel the spirit of this fantastic country on your own skin.
